All Change at Popular Premises

The explosion of enquries for units at Faraday Mill Trade Park at the beginning of 2005 has led to a number of new occupiers. As a result, alongside existing occupiers such as Neil Bryant Interiors, Interframe and Arrital Cucine UK, the likes of Plymouth Auction Rooms, Big H Pet Food Warehouse and Central Heating and Plumbing Supplies can be found. Plymouth Battery Centre has also moved to the Trade Park, more than doubling the size of its unit following relocation from Faraday Mill Business Park. Estates Manager, Ian Le Grice is delighted with the recent developments and said. "The popularity of both the Trade Park and the Business Park is illustrated by the fact that the 1,350 sq.ft unit vacated by Plymouth Battery Centre on the Business Park has already been re-let". Group Operations Director James Hockin said "Work is currently under way on site to create a new unit on the Trade Park for another new occupier, leaving 850 sq.ft of first floor office space available and, although we are virtually full, enquiries are always welcome as we are constantly creating and upgrading units for occupation".
