FROG Quality Homes

The business diversified a few years ago into residential development through FROG Quality Homes Limited. Its first scheme was a £2.25 M build programme of 16 luxury apartments within the Hartley district of the City. More recently FROG Quality Homes Ltd undertook a £2.5 M build programme consisting of five 4/5 bedroom executive homes at Brixton in the South Hams.

Rather than the well established method of dividing large old factories into Business Parks, Hydon Developments concentrates on one off deals that can be enhanced in order to provide excellent opportunities for the small to medium size businesses who just want to move in and commence trading. Properties can be tailored made to purchaser’s requirements. Hydon has also gained planning permission for 2 residential schemes in East Devon and Somerset, but after several parties expressed an interest in purchasing the sites with planning permission, the investments were sold on.
