London & Westcountry Estates have merged recently with Prestige Homes SW Ltd and have formed LWE Prestige Ltd.

The business diversified a few years ago into residential development through FROG Quality Homes Limited. Its first scheme was a £2.25 M build programme of 16 luxury apartments within the Hartley district of the City.
