Anna Mill

In total the property comprises over 84,000 sq.ft of production and office space in a highly prominent location opposite the Wrigleys Factory. The site benefits from easy accessibility to the A38 and also plenty of on site car parking. In due course the full re-branding and division of the space will take place and it is hoped, another thriving Business Park created.

Faraday Mill

Faraday Mill is prominently located within the Prince Rock district of the City. The City Centre is 1 mile from the Business Park, and the A38 is easily accessible via the Embankment.

It is prominently situated in Prince Rock and is bound to the North by the busy Gydnia Way and has good links via the Embankment on to the A38.
